Tenebrex Hospitality
Private membership platform
A private hospitality house wanted the membership itself to be the product: a card a member carries, a tier that means something, and a concierge who answers — without a spreadsheet behind the curtain.
— Summary
A private-membership hospitality platform — digital membership card, tiered benefits and a concierge request loop — shipped as a web app with native iOS and Android clients on one schema.

The challenge
Membership, bookings and concierge conversations lived in three places, and the house's own economics sat in the same records members could read. Any interface built on that data would either leak margin or hide the member's own history from them.
The approach
- 01
Split the schema on a single rule — a row two parties both read must not carry a number only one of them may see — moving house-only figures into sibling tables keyed one-to-one
- 02
Enforced ownership entirely in row-level security so there is never a second copy of the rule in application code to drift
- 03
Stored every piece of member-facing prose bilingually at the database level, collapsed to the active locale at read time
- 04
Built the membership card as a single specification and rendered it natively three times — web, SwiftUI and Compose — rather than shipping a webview
Stack
- Next.js
- TypeScript
- Tailwind CSS
- Supabase
- SwiftUI
- Kotlin
The outcome
Members, concierges and the house work from the same records with no shared spreadsheet and no manual redaction. The concierge request loop carries a full status history that only the system can write.
