We collect only what we need to respond to you and to deliver work you have engaged us for.

• Details you submit through the project inquiry form: name, company, email address, phone number, industry, project type, budget range, timeline and project description.
• Correspondence you send to us by email or during a call, including any documents you choose to share.
• Technical information generated automatically when you visit this site, such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed.
• Where an engagement requires it, credentials and access to client systems, held under a separate agreement and least-privilege access.

We use what you provide to evaluate, scope and deliver work — nothing more. We do not sell personal information, we do not build advertising profiles from inquiry data, and contacting us does not add you to a marketing list.

• To respond to your inquiry and assess whether we are the right fit for the work.
• To prepare proposals, scopes, estimates and contracts.
• To deliver, support and maintain engagements you have entered into with us.
• To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
• To operate and improve this website, including diagnosing errors and measuring performance.

Where the GDPR or comparable legislation applies, we process personal information on the basis of your consent (when you submit the form), the performance of a contract (during an engagement), our legitimate interest in operating and securing this website, and compliance with legal obligations.

We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract — for example hosting, error monitoring, email delivery and accounting providers. Those providers are bound to use it only for the purposes we specify.

We may disclose information where required by law, court order or a valid regulatory request, or where necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

We operate from Canada and work with clients and providers in North America and Europe. Where personal information is transferred outside your jurisdiction, we rely on recognised transfer mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses and adequacy decisions, and we apply the same protections regardless of where data is processed.

Inquiry submissions are retained for up to 24 months so we can pick up a conversation where it left off. Records relating to a signed engagement are retained for the duration of the engagement and for as long afterwards as our legal, contractual and accounting obligations require. Client production data is governed by the engagement agreement, not by this policy.

We apply encryption in transit, least-privilege access control, secret management and dependency auditing across our own systems and the systems we build. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we do not treat that as a reason to lower the standard.

To exercise any of these rights, email contact@glassbridgeai.com. We respond within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or UK you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority; if you are in Québec you may contact the Commission d'accès à l'information.

• Access the personal information we hold about you.

This site uses only the cookies necessary to serve pages and remember interface preferences. We do not run third-party advertising trackers or cross-site profiling. If we introduce analytics in future, this policy will be updated before it is enabled.

This website and our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as our practices or legal obligations change. The revision date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes affecting active clients will be communicated directly.
