Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Glassbridge AI, Inc. You retain ownership of your inputs and outputs, subject to a limited license for us to operate the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glassbridge disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glassbridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
