Terms of Service
Last updated 21 August 2026
These terms govern your use of the Glassbridge AI website and inquiries submitted through it, and outline the framework under which development engagements are delivered.
01Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website or submitting an inquiry through it, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
02Use of this website
- Use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not restrict anyone else's use of it.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its infrastructure or any connected system.
- Do not scrape, mirror or systematically extract content except as permitted by our robots directives.
- Do not submit false information, malicious content or another party's personal information without their permission.
03Inquiries are not a contract
Submitting the project inquiry form starts a conversation. It does not create a client relationship, reserve capacity, or bind either party. Work begins only under a signed statement of work or master services agreement that sets out scope, deliverables, timeline, fees and acceptance criteria.
Any indicative timeline, estimate or budget range discussed before that agreement is non-binding and subject to discovery.
04Engagement terms
Development engagements are governed by the executed agreement between the parties. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails for the subject matter it covers.
- Scope changes are handled through a written change order agreed by both parties before the work is performed.
- Delivery depends on the client providing timely access, decisions, content and third-party approvals.
- Invoices are payable per the schedule in the agreement; late payment may suspend delivery after written notice.
- Either party may terminate as set out in the agreement, with fees due for work completed up to the effective date.
05Intellectual property
Content on this website — including copy, design, code, visuals and marks — belongs to Glassbridge AI and may not be reproduced without permission.
For client work, intellectual property in the deliverables transfers to the client on full payment, as set out in the engagement agreement. We retain rights to our pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks and general know-how, and we grant a perpetual licence to use anything of ours embedded in a deliverable.
Open-source components remain subject to their own licences, which we document at handover.
06Confidentiality
Information you share while discussing a potential project is treated as confidential and used only to evaluate and scope the work. We will sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement on request before detailed discussion. Confidentiality obligations during an engagement are governed by the executed agreement.
07Portfolio and references
Unless the engagement agreement says otherwise, we may describe the general nature of work performed and use a client's name and logo as a reference. We will not disclose confidential details, metrics or materials without written consent.
08Third-party services
Systems we build often depend on third-party platforms — hosting, payment, authentication, data and model providers among them. Those services are governed by their own terms and pricing, and their availability, behaviour and cost are outside our control. We select them carefully and design for failure, but we do not warrant them.
09Warranties and disclaimers
This website is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Content is provided for general information and does not constitute professional, legal or financial advice.
Warranties relating to delivered software — including any defect-remedy period — are set out exclusively in the engagement agreement.
10Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glassbridge AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from use of this website.
Liability arising from an engagement is limited as set out in the applicable agreement. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Glassbridge AI against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of this website, your breach of these terms, or content you submit that infringes a third party's rights.
12Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. The courts of the judicial district of Montréal have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your own jurisdiction.
13Changes and contact
We may revise these terms; the revision date at the top indicates the current version, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
