The challenge
A venue, its promoters, its hosts and its concierges each held a fragment of the same night. Guest lists were screenshots, table inventory was a printed map, and commission was reconciled the following week from memory.
The approach

Modelled the night itself as the primitive — event, floor plan, inventory, guest list and settlement hanging off one record
- 02
Gave each role its own surface over shared data rather than one dashboard with features switched off
- 03
Built the interactive floor plan so table state at the door and table state in the office are the same object, not two views that reconcile later
- 04
Wired real authentication and real payment structure from the first phase — no mocked flows standing in for the parts that matter
